Fluffy baked potatoes filled with meat sauce and melted cheese.

Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 500 g prepared Bolognese or tomato meat sauce
- 100 g grated tasty cheese
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 2 spring onions, sliced
Method
- Heat oven to 200°C fan-forced. Scrub and dry potatoes, prick with a fork, rub with oil and salt.
- Bake directly on a tray for 60–80 minutes, turning once, until very soft inside.
- Heat the meat sauce thoroughly in a saucepan.
- Split potatoes, fluff the centres with a fork and fill with hot sauce. Top with cheese.
- Return to the oven for 5–8 minutes until melted. Finish with sour cream and spring onions.
